Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: Accreditation
    Accreditation of both HirePark and the Client to seek permission to conduct recruitment in the designated states.
  • Step 2: Sourcing and Verifying
    Sourcing and verifying of all required documents as required by the regulatory bodies of both the sourcing and placing parties.
  • Step 3: Interview Itinerary
    Arrangement of itinerary[Job description, Virtual Conference Call] for the parties involved in the recruitment process.
  • Step 4: Documents Screening
    Initial screening of documents if requested by client.
